Refund Policy for Custom-Made Stores

We put our best efforts into designing Custom-Made Stores tailored to our clients' needs. If you are not satisfied with the design, products, or other aspects of the delivered store, you can write to us at issue@koderweb.com with a detailed description of the issues.

We will take corrective actions, including changes to the store design, products, or any other issues specified in your request.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a permanent and non-reversible process. Once we optimize your website or store, the changes cannot be undone, as they are integrated into your site's structure and content.

For this reason, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for SEO services at any stage or in any form.
